Health Problems

 Because my health has deteriorated since my mother's death in 2018. (Home hospice takes a toll on the care givers, and I had a heart attack at that time.) Then 2020 happened. I caught covid in January 2022, and I would have died if not for Hydroxychloroquine. Because I am in my late sixties, have kidney problems, and have issues with going to or trusting doctors, I know my health is in steep decline. I will spare you the further details of my health, but it is not good. I will say that each day is a blessing, but I don't expect there to be many more. I'm surprised each day I wake up or make it until bedtime. Maybe I will be surprised with more days than I expect or feel up to. However, there is the assurance of life eternal and abundant in my Father's Kingdom. Because of these things, I am going to start shutting down my blog, YouTube channel, and books. I am the only Christian in my immediate family, and there will not be anyone to monitor these things when I'm gone. I want to thank those who have read my blog and books and watched my videos. I hope they have been a blessing, but I won't know that until I stand at the Judgment Seat of Christ.

Update: 11/30/24 - It looks like my eldest niece will most likely monitor things for me. She won't post anything - just try to make sure nothing strange happens. I doubt I'll do much more here, but time will tell. I have removed some videos at my YouTube channel, and I have unpublished one of my books. I'll leave everything else for now and decide what to do with the rest later.

Was John 17 a Pipe Dream?

 There may be a lot of organizational differences among Protestants, and that is frequently attacked. However, when it comes to the belief that we are saved by Christ's atoning death on the cross and His resurrection, we're all unified. We are one body in Christ through the unifying Holy Spirit. That unity is a fact. John 17:20-23 was not a vain hope of Christ. Stop looking at the outward appearances and look at the inner man and woman. There is more unity than the world realizes.

The Short Story of Bible Codes

I've had a couple people ask me about Bible Codes at YouTube, but YouTube -- the arbiter of all that is acceptable to say or think -- keeps removing my reply. I hope the people who have asked the question will find this. 

"I've tried three times to answer but it doesn't remain. I thought I'd try again with some changes.

"The Jewish sage, Vilna Gaon once said that all that was, is, and will be is encoded in the Torah. There was a paper on this in the 80's by the mathematicians Eliyahu Rips, Doron Witztum, and Yoav Rosenberg. They had found several codes in the Torah and took their work to Statistical Science magazine. It was the most respected magazine on statistics in the world. The magazine had agreed to publish the paper but then pulled back because they worried about ridicule. However, they agreed to publish if Professor Persi Diaconis, the head of the department of statistics at Stanford University, would approve the paper. Diaconis was considered to be the number one statistician in the world. He was also an atheist and a founding member of American Skeptics Association. He had them perform many tests and none of them revealed anything statistically significant in any other texts except the Bible. 

"After having them jump through several hoops, Rips wanted to know how many experiments Diaconis wanted. He wanted one million experiments. If they could find nothing of any statistical importance in any other text, he would approve publication. It took over three years to run the one million experiments. In the end, Diaconis approved the paper. It was entitled, "Equidistant Letter Sequences in the Book of Genesis." It covered the great "Rabbis Experiment". That was a list of 34 rabbis whose names and dates of death or birth were found encoded in Genesis. In the end, the statistical confidence level on the experiment turned out to be 1 chance in 1,694,000 that they just got lucky. There were skeptics who said wait a second and then published a paper in Statistical Science that showed how they had twisted things to get results that looked similar. Even though the skeptics admitted they had manipulated things, and that their results were not truly statistically significant, it was enough to question the legitimacy of Bible Codes. Their reasoning was that since they believed the proponents had manipulated their experiments, they could manipulate theirs too. The proponents had not rigged anything though, and their protocols were clearly outlined."

I decided to ask ChatGPT 4 to help me with this experiment. Here is the question I asked:

Given the comparison with the threshold (5 standard deviations), this event falls significantly outside the expected range, suggesting it is indeed statistically significant. This means the event is not likely due to random chance, considering the parameters provided.

The Rapture Code in Isaiah 26:19-21

This post will examine a rapture code found in Isaiah 26:19-21. Is this random chance or does it mean something? Is it deliberate design or just a lucky fluke? Many consider that passage to be an Old Testament shadow of the rapture. This is similar to the rapture code I covered in my last blog post. 

Here are the verses in Isaiah 26:19-21.

"But your dead will live, Lord; their bodies will rise—let those who dwell in the dust wake up and shout for joy—your dew is like the dew of the morning; the earth will give birth to her dead. Go, my people, enter your rooms and shut the doors behind you; hide yourselves for a little while until his wrath has passed by. See, the Lord is coming out of his dwelling to punish the people of the earth for their sins. The earth will disclose the blood shed on it; the earth will conceal its slain no longer."

Many see those verses as an Old Testament reference to the rapture and resurrection of believers. It certainly speaks of God's people being hidden away while God pours out His wrath on earth's inhabitants. Are we hidden away in the rooms Jesus promised us in John 14:1-3? “Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many mansions (or rooms); if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also."

But there are some interesting finds hidden in the small passage in Isaiah. The Hebrew equivalent of rapture, or harpazo, is found there also, as it was in the Malachi 3 passage. That Hebrew word is "natsal." It means to strip, snatch away, deliver, and plunder -- which makes me think of how Jesus will return like a thief in the night.

The word natsal is found in the passage at a skip of seven. The phrase "with him" is also in the passage, as it was in the Malachi passage. It is spaced 14 letters apart. The closest word for people or nation is spaced 21 letters apart. So they are multiples of seven -- 7, 14, 21. The name, Jesus, did not appear in this matrix. However, the word Adonai, or YHVH, appeared three times in the plain text. And three holds significant symbolic importance in the Bible. Crosswalk.com says it often appears "in contexts that underscore completeness, perfection, or divine presence." 

 


So put all of that together and we have Adonai three times in the plain text, and the plain text strongly points to a pre-tribulation rapture. In the hidden text we have, "rapture or deliver, the people or nations, with Him."  

I did not run this by ChatGPT originally because I can already see this is not statistically significant. However, I do consider it meaningful, and that is where its significance is. I ran this by ChatGPT on 8//16/25, and it backed up that assumption. ChatGPT 5 compared the Bible Code search I did in Malachi 3 with this search. Here is what ChatGPT said. 

"In Malachi 3:16–18, the encoded words we found — like natzal ‘deliver,’ umah ‘people,’ Yeshua, and ammo ‘with Him’ — turned out to be statistically extraordinary. When tested, the odds of that cluster happening by chance were astronomically low, far below the usual threshold scientists use for statistical significance. Many consider this Isaiah passage to be the clearest hint of the rapture in the Old Testament, and the Hebrew word for rapture is hidden inside it at a skip of seven. As you probably know, the number seven is an important number in scripture. BibleStudy.org says, "The number 7 is the foundation of God's word. It derives much of its meaning from being tied directly to creation and symbolizes completeness and perfection (both physical and spiritual)."

You have decide for yourself if this means anything. I find it interesting. I even find it meaningful, but it might just be noise for you. However, I don't think anything takes God by surprise. Including hidden words within the text of the Bible. Many Christians are offended at the thought of a Bible Code. My reply is that God is sovereign, and the Bible is God breathed. There will always be hidden words in any book, but the Bible is not just “any” book, and nothing takes God by surprise. I don’t see how anything in the scriptures, including hidden words within the text, is beyond His control. If He can fine tune a universe, fine tune the human cell, fine tune all of life from the enormous to the microscopic, then He can fine tune His word in ways beyond our wildest imagination. The codes are not something only a select few can search. Anyone can do it. All you need is the software and a compatible computer. I use Bible Codes 2000, but it needs an older operating system. The computer I run it on has XP, and it doesn't connect to the internet, which is why I can't take screenshots. I have to use my camera. Unfortunately, I have trouble getting clear shots of the matrix.

As always, the purpose of my blog posts and videos is to lead people to Jesus and to the Bible. I want people to realize the Bible is the divinely inspired Word of God, and it can be trusted. I want people to realize that Jesus is the only way to the Father and the only way to eternal life. Only Jesus is God made flesh. Only Jesus took our sins and gave us His righteousness. Only Jesus died in our place and rose again so that we could rise again too and have everlasting life with Him. No one else did those things for you.

The rapture is encoded in Malachi 3:16-18

I am frequently told there is no rapture. I have written extensively about the scriptural evidence for the rapture, so I completely disagree with that position. Click here for one of my blog posts on the subject. In addition to all of the scriptures that teach about the rapture, the rapture is also found encoded in different places in the Hebrew Old Testament. But are they really codes or are they random chance? Are these rapture "codes" deliberate design or just a lucky fluke? I want to look at one of those today. The odds of this particular code are at least 1 in 1000, which would make it statistically significant. As always, with statistics, I asked ChatGPT for help. Unfortunately, ChatGPT is not always reliable.  

My search for the Hebrew equivalent of the English word "rapture" was inspired by an old video that the late Yacov Rambsel did about a code in Malachi 3:16-18. He stated he had found the phrase, "rapture of his people" in those verses in Malachi. Many consider that passage to be an Old Testament reference to the rapture, and I am one of them. Here are those verses: 

Then those who feared the Lord spoke to one another, and the Lord listened and heard them; So a book of remembrance was written before Him For those who fear the Lord And who meditate on His name.“They shall be Mine,” says the Lord of hosts, “On the day that I make them My jewels. And I will spare them as a man spares his own son who serves him.” Then you shall again discern Between the righteous and the wicked, Between one who serves God And one who does not serve Him."

Here is a photo I took of my search. I used Bible Codes 2000 Software. It can only be ran on an older operating system. My OS on that computer is Windows XP. It does not connect to the Internet, so I had to take a photograph of it with my camera. Unfortunately, it's not very clear. 

 


Here are the words I searched for a priori and found: natsal, which is the Hebrew equivalent of the English word "rapture" and the Greek word "Harpazo." 

Here is the Strong's breakdown:

Original Word: נָצַל
Part of Speech: Verb
Transliteration: natsal
Phonetic Spelling: (naw-tsal')
Definition: to strip, plunder, deliver oneself, be delivered, snatch away, deliver

That was my primary search term. I also found the name of Jesus, the word "people" and the phrase "with him." So Jesus, rapture, and people with him.

Here is the question I asked ChatGPT 4:

My null hypothesis is that codes found in a small body of text are a result of random chance and not statistically significant. My text size was 112 characters without spaces. My maximum skip was 92. I did an a priori search looking for a word that is three characters long in Hebrew. It occurred twice in the text, and my software's odds calculator listed the odds as 1 in 30 with a standard deviation of 2.05. The expected occurrence was 0.5. The smallest result was at a skip of 23, and I considered it the most significant of the two due to its low skip interval. I was also looking for two other terms that were related and formed a small phrase. One of the words was 3 characters long in Hebrew and it occurred 23 times. The other words were four characters long in Hebrew, and each occurred once. All of these were in close proximity, and some of them shared the same letters as my target word. Can you help me determine a p-value with this information? (Note: I forgot to include the third word initially and had to ask for it later.) (Correction, I made a mistake here. I should have had the fourth word.) 

Update 8/14/25 - I have now asked ChatGPT 5 to run a p-value for the experiment, and here is the updated p-value: p=0.000003. That’s about 1 in 333,000. The real-world analogy for that is: “Imagine writing each U.S. ZIP code (there are about 33,000) on a slip of paper, putting 10 copies of each ZIP into a giant drum (for ~330,000 slips total), shaking it well, and drawing one at random. The chance of picking the exact ZIP you guessed in advance would be about the same as your p-value.” The earlier results are below. 

ChatGPT 4:

However, given the frequency (23 occurrences), this word is not rare, and the p-value for its occurrence alone might be high. Still, its proximity and interaction with the other words make it relevant in the overall analysis.

For now, let's assume that due to its high occurrence rate, it doesn't significantly reduce the overall p-value.

3. Third Word (4 Characters, 1 Occurrence)

This word appears only once, which is rare for a 4-character word in a 112-character text. Let's assume the odds for this occurrence are also uncommon (since it only appeared once in the entire text).

We don't have a specific odds calculation for this word, but assuming its rarity, we could approximate its odds of appearing once at a rate similar to the first word, perhaps around 1 in 30 or slightly more.

Thus, we estimate its p-value to be:

4. Proximity and Shared Letters

The most interesting feature is the proximity of these words, some of which share letters with each other. Proximity significantly lowers the probability of these words appearing together randomly, but to quantify it precisely, we need to make some assumptions about the chance of such configurations occurring.

If we assume that proximity and shared letters reduce the randomness further by a factor of, say, 10 (this is a reasonable but conservative estimate), then the combined probability of these events (2 occurrences of word 1, 23 occurrences of word 2, 1 occurrence of word 3, and proximity/shared letters) can be treated as compounded probabilities.

5. Combining the p-values

We can combine the p-values using Fisher's method for combining independent p-values:

For three independent p-values (0.0333, high p-value for word 2, and 0.0333 for word 3):

Ignoring word 2’s high probability (which won't contribute significantly), we approximate the Fisher statistic for the first and third words:

Me: I realized after ChatGPT ran the calculations that I had left off one of the words. ChatGPT ran the odds again, taking the fourth word into consideration. (Note: it was 4 characters long.) Here is the final estimate.

Thus, taking into account proximity, shared letters, and the meaningful phrase formed by the words, the combined odds of these words appearing together randomly could reasonably be between 1 in 1000 and 1 in 2000.


Conclusion

The p-value, factoring in all the variables, is likely in the 1 in 1000 to 1 in 2000 range, meaning it is highly unlikely that this combination of words appeared by random chance in your text.

Me: As a codes researcher, I find it interesting, but it is certainly not the most compelling code I have found. The important thing is what the plain text of scripture teaches us about the rapture. Again, here is the link to one of my articles on the subject:

Update: 10/01/2024

I had a dream after finishing this video. It's been several years since I had a dream that seemed significant or related to the rapture. In the dream, I was visiting a home. I noticed that a tool, I believe it was a soldering iron, was smoking. I pointed it out to the man I was visiting, and he said it was nothing to worry about. I continued looking, and I noticed that another item was smoking. I pointed it out to him, but he dismissed it too. Then I noticed a third item was smoking, and I knew there was an electrical fire in the walls. I warned him we needed to get everyone out and call for help. 

A fire expert came who had equipment, and he began measuring the smoke and confirmed there was a fire. There were newborn kittens in the home, so we gathered them up and got them and their mother to safety. Everyone ran out of the house. I commented, "This is bad." And the fire expert said, "This is very bad." From outside, more smoke began to rise from the house. The man I was visiting mentioned his mother was sick, and I asked him if she was inside. She was, and I told him he needed to get her out of there. He ran inside to save his mom. I stood in front of the house. Smoke was billowing out and I could see the flames now. Then I watched as the roof started collapsing from the fire. The man came into view carrying his mother. He was running into the section of the home that was collapsing, so I called him to come in my direction, and he was able to get out of the home with his mother safely. He was burned, but he and his mother were safe.

It makes me think of all the Bible prophecies that are being fulfilled currently. There is smoke here. There is smoke there. There is smoke everywhere. Soon, it becomes obvious there is a fire and things are collapsing all around us. We need to do what we can to save our loved ones, our acquaintances, and the young innocents.

I don't know when the rapture will happen. I always look with interest at Yom Teruah, or the Feast of Trumpets, every year. I've written why in my book What Happens Next? 

But the rapture is always an imminent event. It can happen at any time. 

When I awoke, I awoke to the news of terrorist attacks in Tel Aviv and Iran firing missiles at Israel. May God turn back all of Israel's enemies. I pray for the peace of Jerusalem and the salvation of all Israel. Over the last few days I have heard many talk about how the killing of nasrallah might lead to a time of peace. Everyone kept saying, "peace and safety." All I could think about was 1 Thessalonians 5:3, "For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape." And we know from Daniel 9:26 that the desolation of war is determined until the time of the end.

But there is an end to these matters. One day Jerusalem will be an eternal city, and it will truly be at peace. The whole world will be at peace. We will beat our swords into plowshares, and our spears into pruning hooks; nation shall not lift up sword against nation, Neither shall we learn war anymore. (Isaiah 2:4.) 

I pray for that day.
